Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably from Industrial Engineering,Textile Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration and Economics departments of universities,
• Having at least 3 years of experience in the retailor production (Glass Products, Porcelain Products, Kitchenware, Decorative Objects,Home Textile) sector,
• Strong research and development and analysis skills,
• Prone to teamwork, strong communication skills and process oriented,
• Fluency in English
• Proficient in MS Office programs (advanced Excel knowledge is preferred),
• Data analysis and reporting skills,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
• Male candidates must have completed military service,

Job Description

• Carrying out supplier processes,
• To ensure the supply of the products sold, to follow the product order and production process,
• Responsible for purchasing processes, supplier relations and operational processes,
• To be able to enter data of purchased products,
• To be able to follow up, analyze and report the sales and stock levels of the category on a daily, weekly, monthly basis,
• To be able to prepare monthly sales performance reports of the products belonging to the category,
• To be able to analyze the products related to the category by doing market, price and competitor research,
• By following the new trends in the sector, it will be able to bring a different perspective to the category it belongs to,
• Will be able to work towards creative communication strategies that combine the right product and the right segment to increase sales,
• Able to provide interdepartmental relations in campaign processes.
