We are looking for Senior International Sales Operation Specialist.

What Qualities Should You Have?

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail sector.
• Proficiency in advanced English.
• Strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

• Manage the sales and operational processes of international stores in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct performance analysis of stores and prepare necessary reports.
• Ensure communication and coordination between head office teams and international stores.
• Oversee and provide operational support for new store openings.
• Monitor and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Implement improvements to customer satisfaction and store operations.
• Manage stock, inventory and visual merchandising processes.
• Resolve store issues and improve operational efficiency.
